CURRENTLY I HAVE ALSO GOT EXCESSIVE MASTERBATION PROBLEM. BUT NOW I AGAIN WANT TO GET BACK TO MY RUTINE WORK SCHEDULE TO EARN A LIVELYHOOD. THANK YOU.

Not sure when was your question posted.
Your problem is a highly personal problem, I would suggest not to mention it on your resume an make it visible to all. But make sure when you are called for an interview you mention about this problem in brief; and can then provide doctors certification too that you are now normal and fit to work in an organisation.
Anyways all companies have their own personal medical checkups done before they employ anyone, so should not be a problem.
You have mentioned, it’s the gap of 6 years, so in the meantime I would suggest you take up some short course in field related which you are interested, as nowadays good study institutes also have placement assistance too.
